Summer is coming to an end and everyone thinks the beach days will be over. In my mind, the beach days will only begin. Fall, winter and spring are my favorite beach days, coming home with pockets full of sea glass. spending hours walking the shores, clearing my mind. Things are "good for the body, mind and soul," There is never enough Vitamin Sea!
