Shipping, Returns & Questions
HL Sea and Beach Glass Jewelry LLC offers the following Returns Policy: We want you to be 100% pleased with you purchase and if for any reason you are not, you will be granted a refund upon the return of your item minus the shipping charge or any alteration fees on any piece example: resizing of a ring. Please contact me with any questions at any time I am here to help.

If you do plan on returning an item you have purchased please complete the following steps:
1) E-mail or call to make aware you will be returning an item and let me know of any questions.
2) Package the item similar to how you received it to assure safe arrival.
3) Insure the package for the value of the item purchase.
4) Earrings are not a returnable item.
If return is not packaged properly or insured I will not be responsible for damages or missing pieces and transaction will not take place, this is your risk. I take every precaution to make sure your items arrive safely, I would expect the same in return.
There are times when a jewelry item has a flaw or defective properties on a rare occasion during normal wear. In this case the item can be returned as stated in the above return policy for either repair or exchange.

If you need to return an item| simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, if they are custom orders and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Sea Glass Jewelry Care:
Like all jewelry you should not swim, shower or sleep with it on to prevent possible damage. Cleaning is best done for all sea glass jewelry with sterling silver or 10k, 14k gold: Take a soft tooth brush and ordinary toothpaste (designate these two just for your jewelry). gently rub the brush over the jewelry on an old towel, paper towel. this is to keep your area neat. you will see the brush and paste get a gray color, rinse it well and the tarnish will come off. this will not harm you, the sea glass or the metal you are cleaning. There are other liquid cleaners that may be used like Tarnex that may be used and will not harm the sea glass but not advisable on glued settings and is not environmentally friendly If your sea glass jewelry has pearls of any kind use a cleaner that is safe with jewelry that has pearls. If you do not plan on wearing your sea glass jewelry for any long length of time, it is best to store it in a air tight (zip lock) bag in a cool dry place or a lined wooden jewelry box also works well. All of our sea glass is either found on the shores of Long Island, New York, Long Island Sound, and The Great Peconic Bay, as well as along the Atlantic coastline in the Hamptons. We also purchase from reputable sea glass dealers from around the world: Canada, England, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, California and Maine. We accept all custom orders and we are sure to meet all of your sea glass needs in the line of handcrafted jewelry or sea glass collectors pieces. If there is an item you are interested in that you do not see, please contact me to place your custom order. There is no challenge or order too large or too small for us to complete.
