This is a beautiful blue, turquoise and white cateye sea glass marble. We have one of the largest varieties of sea glass marbles online. not as commonly found but they are out there. Sea glass marbles are found along the beaches for many reasons. They could have been from a child playing with them. Back in the 1800's they were used on boats as ballast stones. They were also used as stoppers over in England in the late 1800's. They were also used by painters to mix paints in the early days. They now wash up on the shores of beaches and are a true gem of history.
